Take a bloody bow, Mia Brookes. Our homegrown hero Mia was on an absolute blitz in Aspen this weekend, taking the entire snowboard community by storm with her incredible slopestyle performance. 

Mia took the three highest scores of the comp, going bigger and more stylish with every run and throwing down a 14 on her victory lap. She walked away with a 97.66, what a performance, what an athlete. Mia was flanked on the podium by Kokomo Murase and Reira Iwabuchui, who both came out swinging but couldn't match Mia's style on the day. It's safe to say that women's snowboarding is in good hands. 

With just two years until the Winter Olympics in Milano Cortina the future is looking bright for the young gun. Congrats Mia, we couldn't be prouder.
