This was supposed to be a park trip.
When you plan a trip for April, you’re generally squeezing the last bits of goodness from the winter. With warmer temperatures and longer Spring days, pistes turn slushy, parks get more fun and Apres comes earlier. My trip to Damuls, Austria meant to was a shot-gathering, clip-stacking, team-bonding one with Slash snowboards. And while we got all of those things, we got more. So much more.
