There's nobody in the early days of snowboarding to own the 'legend' status more than Eddie Spearing. From establishing the British Snowboarding Association, to building the press for the UK's first commercially-made snowboard to founding and running Snowboard UK magazine for it's first ten years or so, Eddie's commitment to the UK snowboard scene is immense. In fact, The Reason wouldn't even exist without him, as he gave me my first job in snowboard media, saving me from a life of factory drudgery.
