With the seasons changing there’s no better time to think about giving your body a spring clean, a strengthen, and a reboot, before the summer shred sessions kick in. The team from Wild Training are hosting a health and fitness retreat at Rude Chalets in the stunning location of Argentiere, Chamonix, from May 7th – 12th 2015.
Staying in Rude Chalet’s accommodation you’ll experience the classic Wild Training exercise drills that they are renowned for, hikes in the glorious Mont Blanc surroundings, and 1-1 personal training sessions throughout the week. The team aim to kick start the new healthy you with a week of clean eating provided by a private catering company (WARNING: no wheat, dairy, caffeine or booze…) as well as plenty of rest and relaxation to offset a 5 day training plan.
This retreat is aimed to not only help you tone up or drop a few pounds, but by the end of the week leave you energised and importantly SUPER healthy. What’s more you’ll get a tailored report on your progress to take home with you allowing you to continue strengthening your weak spots on home turf and keep up the good work with a two week eating plan.
